Born and raised in Portland, Maine, Will’s roots run deep in the community. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in management from the University of Maine and launched his career overseeing the construction and sale of multi-million-dollar luxury estates at the world-famous PGA West in California. When the market shifted in 2008, Will transitioned into advertising sales, quickly becoming the top media salesperson in the Palm Springs, California market.

 

In 2014, Will was recruited by a prominent real estate icon in Beverly Hills, California, where he marketed some of the world’s most prestigious properties. He later expanded the firm's reach to Florida, spending two years in Naples before returning to Maine in 2018. As part of a top-performing Portland real estate team, Will contributed to over $1.3 billion in sales volume and more than 1,300 transactions. His extensive background in luxury real estate, marketing, and client relations ensures that his clients receive unmatched expertise and results.

 

Will is a member of the Development Committee for MaineHealth Behavioral Health, the Greater Portland Board of REALTORS®, and Portland Country Club. In his free time, he enjoys cycling, golfing, and sharing espresso with Ally, as well as spending time with their daughter.
