Will’s career began in the development world, where he managed the construction of multi-million-dollar estates in the greater Palm Springs area. This early foundation provided him with a deep understanding of quality, design, and the nuances that distinguish truly exceptional properties. He later transitioned into media and advertising, rising to become the top salesperson in his market—an experience that continues to inform his ability to position and promote properties with precision.

In 2015, Will entered real estate in Beverly Hills, California, before expanding his experience into Naples, Florida. In 2018, he returned to his home state of Maine, where he spent six years working alongside one of Portland’s top-producing teams before launching FULLERS at Legacy Properties Sotheby’s International Realty in 2024 with his wife Ally.

Today, Will and Ally specialize in luxury residential sales, new development, and thoughtfully representing buyers relocating to Maine. Their business is built on a reputation for professionalism, discretion, and a deep understanding of both local and feeder markets, including Boston, New York, Washington, D.C, and Naples, Florida.
